UNION LAUNCHES NEW RESOURCE JOBS WEBSITE

The WA Branch is determined to ensure that workers in WA and Australia positively benefit from the resource boom.

Visit our new site and register your interest for project work or support our campaign at

The current resources boom provides a once-in-a-generation opportunity to develop
a skilled workforce that will create new industries and jobs for the future.

However, this is not happening, with Colin Barnett allowing our big resources companies
to send their engineering and fabrication work offshore.

We want the State Government to pass laws to ensure we get WA Jobs From WA Resources.
What can be made here, should be made here.

ATTENTION- Plumbing and Sprinkler Fitter Members

The issue of coverage and service of Plumbing and Sprinkler Fitter members continues to be an issue on sites in WA.  Interference by interstate branches who have no right to coverage is still occurring.

Read the letter from the National CEPU Office which explains the position.
